Werkstudent Accountancy/Administratie (Luchtvaart)

As a Working Student in Aerospace Finance (Junior Accountant – Invoice Processing), you will support the Accounts Payable team with processing and booking invoices. This is a hands-on administrative role where you will learn on the job and gain insight into financial processes within a global aerospace organization.

You will work with incoming invoices, ensure accurate data entry, and help maintain financial records. The role is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in finance within a technical and international environment. The position starts with on-site work in the Leiden area, with hybrid possibilities later on.

• Currently pursuing an HBO or WO degree
• No prior skills required. Learning on the job
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn
• Accurate and structured way of working
• Comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Available 16-24 hours per week
• Living in the Netherlands, preferably within 30 minutes of Leiden
• Available to work on-site during the initial period
