UAV Assembly Technician

To support the expansion of its UAV production, the organization is looking for experienced Assembly Technicians who can start contributing immediately with minimal training. Experience with drones is not required — the emphasis is on technical aptitude, precision and consistent workmanship.

In this role, the professional assembles UAV components and builds cable and wire harnesses according to technical drawings, work instructions and defined production procedures. The work has a direct impact on the quality, reliability and performance of the UAV systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble UAV components following defined production procedures.

• Build and assemble cable and wire harnesses according to technical drawings and work instructions.

• Perform wire preparation and crimping activities.

• Inspect completed assemblies and identify quality issues.

• Maintain high standards for accuracy, consistency and workmanship.

• Work safely and efficiently within a production environment.

Required:

• Experience assembling cables, wiring systems or wire harnesses.

• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining consistent quality.

• Good command of English.

Preferred:

• Experience with crimping.

• Experience in high-quality manufacturing environments such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, defence or similar technical industries.

• Technical education (MBO or equivalent).

• Wire-to-wire and/or wire-to-connector soldering experience is a plus.
